Thanks to Tzaddi (Richard) on ClubStogie.com I had tobacco seeds to grow. After watching some of the crops he had grown I thought it might be fun to give it a try myself. The interesting thing about growing tobacco for cigars is not just the growing but the harvest and curing process. You don't pick all the leaves all at once but a few leaves at a time. Also, the curing process is an art in and of itself. Thanks to people like Richard, this should be a fun and educational experience. With any luck I'll be able to roll this leaf into some cigars I can attempt to smoke.

I have a snail problem and the D.E. is a non-toxic way to keep the snails at bay. Ugly but works.
